  I'd give zero stars if I could terrible experience they will tell you they can work with you, Give them all the details they will be accommodating but as soon as u give them the money to put in your applications then they treat you like trash all the accommodation goes out the door never work with them if you actually want a house

  I was a tenant for 3 years at the same property. Myself and my roommate moved in with knee deep vines up to the house with layers of dead and rotten vegetation under the vines. You would sink into the duff just walking around the yard. My roommate and I expressed interest in cleaning the yard up to which ponderosa said go for it. We completely cleaned up the yard and took down a couple dead trees and limbs that were hanging on or over the roof. While moving out we could not complete cleaning up the seasonal leaf fall due to bad weather and not enough room in the yard waste bin. We made sure to blow off the leaves off of the roof, porch, and patio before we left. Not only was ponderosa 2 weeks past their 21 day deadline to issue a refund they charged me 275 for landscaping damage. When confronted about this, the lady in a very rude and confronting manner told me that the yard was left in a mess. I described my situation, what we did, and why we couldn't finish picking up the leaves. She refused to discuss anything further with us and also stated that she did not care about how bad their internet reviews were, so here's another poor review for you folks, do yourself a favor and don't move into any of ponderosa's properties.
