  This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with someone doing my nails. I had an appointment to get a full set with nail art. As soon as I got there rush rush I have another appointment in half hour. Im looking through all the colors to pick out a shade to match my toes, (simple blackish) he snatched the plastic finger nail displays out of my hand and nudges me with his elbow to sit down. So I grabbed a nail color display that was behind me. He proceeded to start working on my nails as I'm still juggling with 1 hand to find a color. He does my nails I'm not happy I'm telling him I'm not happy with it at all he's not getting it (I was perfect) (you're good!) me; no I'm not fix this he had no idea what I was saying. Oh, my gosh! Nail art was disgusting, rushing the whole time I was screaming he was drimmling my skin. I looked up at the clock was getting really close for me to leave and teach a class. I told him that I know we've been rushing this whole time and I want to walk out of here with a good job down. He got up walked away with a huge attitude started to get a lady ready for a pedi, comes over to because I'm she'll shocked! You pay me 50$ mind you my nails are still needing to dry and scrambled to grab my credit card out of my purse have it to him and he had charged $60 for oblong shapes nails all different shapes and sizes I heald my hand out and I'll be back for you to fix this since you've already charged my card I'm already late for teaching a class. He said, 'okay see you soon, just call first,' I said I would. I rushed and heald my class called him the very morning to set up a time to come in and have (all) nails fixed, he was all good with it and told me to come in at 2:15 I did so with my 2 kids, he was working on another lady' nails he stopped working on her and had me go "show" him my nails and what are the "defects" I started pointing everything out to him the girls nails he was doing validated everything I was pointing out to the point he grabbed my hands to show her and she pointed out what I did. He didn't want to admit his bad job in front of 2 different customers right... He finishes the his nails asked me to come over and I do I tell him exactly what we talked about and asked him if forgot what we talked about.? I showed him my nails and said that I paid $60 for these that's outrageous! Please just make me a happy customer ... He proceeded to not listen have a major disrepecrful the whole time whipping my hands to and frow (i have my kids with me) or else I would of been popping off! Trust me! I'm heated! Now comes the nail art I told him he's not going to pick the colors out for tjata not how it works. He wanted silver, hold and hot pink! Wth? No! This is not how it works buddy! I pay you to do what I tell you, that's your job! I want something done with my nails you do it! If you can't don't try and then charge for crap! My 5 year old could of done a better job if you want to have some kind attitude when called out on your poor work then don't have a business worko.g with the public. This guy just shown not only me and my kids but the lady that was in there major unproffesionalism he started yelling at me pointing his finger in my face. I said are you serious right now? I have my kids and you are being very unprofessional right now and of you want me to be a happy paying customer you will fix the problem. He got the light lamp took off his face cover and was a lunatic ! I stood up fast and strong grabbed my kids and said I'll never come back here again you're horrible! (mind you I want to blow) can't have my kids! He's still yelling and poopin off and I look back and said you're going to be losing business from my family named names and he screamed like his eyes were going to pop out of his "I DONT CARE!" there ya go! Will never go back again and my folks will not be going there either... I left with my nails looking like my 5 year old did them and now I have to pay more money to put there and find somone else fix his meds up!
